Becoming Lila & Pip

How did Lila & Pip come to be? Well. It’s a good story, this one. Let’s start with how we came up with the name and the logo. Here are some screenshots of conversations from 2016.

The name! The logo!

Erin threw out the idea of Lilapip and I misread it as “Lalipip” with a lollipop name vibe. This is very much how Erin and I work together, we throw ideas back and forth and they become… more than an idea. The name, the logo, and the mission.

Our “Heart” Job

Above all, this has been our “heart job” for years. We’ve navigated hurdles in both our personal and professional lives. Break-ups. Moves. Job changes. Hesitations getting in the way of aspirations. Big life decisions. And more to come!
