IN-STOCK ORDERS & SHIPPING

How do IN-STOCK ORDERS work?

We ship out packages on Mondays.

CANADA: Flat rate $15 per order. *Canadian orders can take 2-4 business days to arrive. All Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment, if applicable.

USA: $20 per order, and an additional $5 per item. *US orders can take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. US orders are sent via Canada Post to United Postal Service after being processed through Customs. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you your product is on its way. We do not offer tracking for US orders. Please email hello@lilapip.com if you would like to upgrade your shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL: Flat rate $35 per order, and an additional $5 per item. International orders are shipped to your country via Canada Post to your country’s national postal service after being processed through Customs. *Orders can take 2-4 weeks. We do not offer tracking for international orders. Please email hello@lilapip.com if you would like to upgrade your shipping service.

*Delays do happen when orders are out for shipping and this is out of our control.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES: Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office about this if you have questions.

PICK-UP OPTION: If you want to save on shipping, we have a local pick-up option available (Langley, BC).


Returns & exchanges

How do RETURNS & EXCHANGES work?

We want you to love your #lilapipwears. If what you ordered doesn’t fit, is unsatisfactory, or defective, you have within 30 days of the purchase to exchange or return it for a product of equal or lesser value or a full refund excluding the original shipping costs. You are responsible for the shipping cost. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Before you return an item, you must ensure the products have not been washed, are not worn or damaged, and the original packaging is intact and included.

To exchange an item, email us at hello@lilapip.com. Include your original order number. Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded. For exchanges, please purchase your new item on our website, and we will refund the cost of your original item once we’ve received it.

To return an item, email us at hello@lilapip.com. Let us know why you would like to return the item and include your order number. Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded. Once we’ve received and processed the return, you will be refunded the full amount of your item.  

For defective items, email us at hello@lilapip.com. Include a picture of the defective item in your email as well as the order number. If we have the item in stock, we will send you a replacement. If we are out of stock, we will reimburse you the full amount.


PRE-ORDERS & UPDATES

*We are not offering pre-orders at this time.

How do PRE-ORDERS work?

Pre-orders open on the 1st of each month. They close on the 15th. If we are able to fulfill the minimum requirement (12), orders are processed and shipped out 4-6 weeks after the pre-order has ended. If we do not have enough orders to go ahead, you can opt to hold your pre-order or have your order cancelled and refunded.

*These are custom orders and we have little control on how long it takes manufacturers to ship the apparel to our suppliers, making for a longer lead time. It’s worth the wait!
