All orders are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partners. Shipping costs and times vary depending on location.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES: Customs or import duties may be charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Returns
How do RETURNS work?
Return Policy
Our physical items are made to order through our on-demand printing partner. This reduces waste and ensures each item is created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour preference.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello@lilapip.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will send a replacement at no cost.
